PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Cash, check with a bank letter guarantee, wire transfer, or credit card.
CONVENIENCE FEE: If paying with a credit or debit card, there will be a 3.5% convenience fee.
MOTOR VEHICLES: The high bid for final sale on Lots 2 - 8 are subject to bank approval. Vehicles must be paid for by wire transfer unless other payment method has been approved by Marcka Auction Services. The title will be put in the name of the registered bidder, unless the bidder is a licensed automobile dealer. No open titles will be issued. Pick up for vehicles: Vehicles may be picked up after funds have been approved & cleared. Titles will be sent out within 2 weeks of purchase.
SALES TAX: The buyer will pay sales tax on the vehicles at their local County Clerk's office. Sales tax will be collected on all other items (9.75%).
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Payment is due by 3:00 PM (CST), Friday, July 26, 2024. Buyers will be invoiced for all purchases plus buyer's premium, convenience fee (if applicable), and sales tax following the end of the sale. Payments may be made at the scheduled pick-up site or online in the bidder's account by credit card (excluding vehicles). The credit card on file will be processed for the invoice total on all open invoices at 3:01 PM (CST), July 26, 2024, unless other payment arrangements have been made.
ENDING OF SALE: The lots will begin closing at 7:00 PM (CST) on Thursday, July 25, 2024, and will be staggered so that all lots do not close at the same time. Auction will close at the rate of one (1) item per minute. If a bid is placed on a lot in the last two (2) minutes of the auction, the bidding time for that lot will auto-extend two (2) minutes. This process will continue until no other bids are being placed on that lot.

All bidders must be at least 18 years of age or older. By registering to bid, the bidder acknowledges that they have read and understand the terms and conditions of this auction and agree to abide by all terms and conditions. Marcka Auction Services reserves the right to refuse or suspend bidding privileges to anyone at any time. We reserve the right not to issue a bidder number or to withhold merchandise if appropriate credit has not been established.
All sales are final and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". Buyers must rely on their own judgment, knowledge, and inspection in making purchasing decisions. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factors. Marcka Auction Services may attempt to describe the merchandise but make no guarantees or warranties of representations.
Marcka Auction Services WILL NOT be responsible for mistaken bids or for missed bids. Marcka Auction Services will not be responsible if the platform or internet service fails to work correctly before, during, or after the auction. Marcka Auction Services reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Marcka Auction Services reserves the right to extend the bidding ending date & time for any lot/lots & reserves the right to suspend the bidding on any lot/lots in this auction.
PICK UP: Pick up date is FRIDAY, JULY 26, 2024, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (CST). All items purchased should be scheduled for pick-up during these hours, unless other arrangements have been made. Buyers are responsible for arranging their own pick-up. Marcka Auction Services will not facilitate any shipping. This is a local pick-up sale only. Marcka Auction Services will not provide any delivery. Any disassembly will be the responsiblity of the buyer. Buyers will be responsible for any damage to the property and merchandise during disassembly and loading. Marcka Auction Services will not be responsible for any accidents or damage. For pick-up, buyers will need to bring their ID.
