If paying with a check & not familiar with the auction company, check must be approved before the sale. All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS", "NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES". Bidder must rely on their own judgment, knowledge, and inspection in making purchasing decisions. No open titles. Titles will be processed in the registered bidder's name. The buyer will pay taxes, registration, & title fees at their local County Clerk's office. Must be 18 years of age or older to bid. Possession with payment in full.
