PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Cash, check with a bank letter guarantee, wire transfer, or credit card.
CONVENIENCE FEE: If paying with a credit or debit card, there will be a 3.5% convenience fee.
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Buyers will be invoiced for all purchases plus buyer's premium and convenience fee (if applicable). Payments may be made at Marcka, 405 Central Avenue, Crossville, TN, or online in the bidder's account by credit card. The credit card on file will be processed for the invoice total on all open invoices at 3:01 PM (CST), April 8, 2025, unless other payment arrangements have been made.
ENDING OF SALE: The lots will begin closing at 7:00 PM (CST) on Monday, April 7, 2025, and will be staggered so that all lots do not close at the same time. Auction will close at the rate of three (3) items per two (2) minutes. If a bid is placed on a lot in the last two (2) minutes of the auction, the bidding time for that lot will auto-extend two (2) minutes. This process will continue until no other bids are being placed on that lot.
PREVIEW and inspection period is scheduled for SATURDAY, APRIL 5, 2:00 - 4:00 PM (CST) during the gun show located at the Cumberland County Community Complex, 1398 Livingston Rd, Crossville, TN 38555.
All bidders must be at least 18 years of age or older. By registering to bid, the bidder acknowledges that they have read and understand the terms and conditions of this auction and agree to abide by all terms and conditions. Marcka Auction Services reserves the right to refuse or suspend bidding privileges to anyone at any time. We reserve the right not to issue a bidder number or to withhold merchandise if appropriate credit has not been established.
All sales are final and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS", “NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES”. Buyers must rely on their own judgment, knowledge, and inspection in making purchasing decisions. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factors. Marcka Auction Services may attempt to describe the merchandise but make no guarantees or warranties of representations.
Marcka Auction Services WILL NOT be responsible for mistaken bids or for missed bids. Marcka Auction Services will not be responsible if the platform or internet service fails to work correctly before, during, or after the auction. Marcka Auction Services reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
Marcka Auction Services reserves the right to extend the bidding ending date & time for any lot/lots & reserves the right to suspend the bidding on any lot/lots in this auction.
PICK UP: Pick up date is TUESDAY, APRIL 8, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (CST) at Tabor’s Pawn Shop, 1155 West Ave., Crossville, TN. All items purchased should be scheduled for pick-up during these hours, unless other arrangements have been made. Please schedule a pick up appointment with Tabor’s Pawn Shop if unable to pick up items on Tuesday, April 8. Buyers are responsible for arranging their own pick up. Marcka Auction Services will not facilitate any shipping. This is a local pick up sale only. Marcka Auction Services will not provide any delivery. Any disassembly will be the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers will be responsible for any damage to the property and merchandise during disassembly, loading, and shipping. Marcka Auction Services will not be responsible for any accidents or damage. For pick up, buyers will need to bring their ID and paid receipt. PLEASE SEE FIREARM TERMS.

FIREARM TERMS:
Marcka Auction Services is assisting the Seller in finding buyers for the Seller's firearms. At no time will Marcka Auction Services be in possession of the firearms. All sales of firearms are made by the Seller.
We do not know the complete history of any of these firearms, they must be inspected by a competent gunsmith to determine if the firearm can be safely fired.
Marcka Auction Services shall be held harmless from any liability resulting from the sale or use of any firearm sold at auction.
All firearm and ammunition sales are subject to Federal and State Firearm Regulations.

Marcka Auction Services reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
Buyers must show proof of age. To purchase a firearm, you must be of legal age.
You must be 18 years old to purchase a long gun.
You must be 21 years old to purchase a handgun.
You must pass a background check to receive a firearm. There will be additional fees for the background check and transfers. The fees are $10.00 Background Check per person and $20.00 Transfer Fee per gun. The fees will be paid to Tabor's Pawn Shop on the scheduled pick-up date.
The firearms will be available for pick up after paying for the firearm and successfully passing the background check. You must pick the firearms up at Tabor's Pawn Shop, 1155 West Ave., Crossville, TN 38555. The background check will be performed on the scheduled pick up date. A receipt for the payment of the firearms must be presented to Tabor's Pawn Shop at the scheduled pick up time. The background check and transfer fees will be paid at Tabor's Pawn Shop. The fees must be paid before the background check is performed. The bidder must be present for the background check. Only the registered/winning bidder can pick up the firearms. If the bidder doesn't pass the background check, the bidder forfeits the firearms, purchase payment, and fees.
